Cut Out The Bad Foods & Create New Good Habits

2017 is here! Do not wish to turn back the time. Do not do the same mistakes you did back then but time to move forward while setting up New Year’s revolutions to be a better version of yourself, to be healthier and smarter as well. Here are healthy new year’s revolution that could be implemented in 2017 from food that you need to cut out to new morning habits that you need to execute. I can guarantee that it is easy to follow and can make you to be a healthier yet happier new person. So keep these things handy, ensure you’re ready to start a new change.

1. Cut out:

  • Added sugars

Added sugars can really be a mood booster but it also can increase risk of heart disease. If you’re really craving for sweet tooth, find fruits! Which is healthier and it tastes as good as sugars though. So,Why not?

  • Acidic food

Too much acidity causes inflammation in body system and leads to numerous diseases. Alcohol, dairy products, caffeine, white flours are acid forming. Reduce those items and you will feel the difference in your body system, meanwhile replace them with more vegetables and fruits, almonds and rice milk products.   • Fatty Meats
